Our focus is on promoting optimal pelvic health, alleviating discomfort, and preparing the body for labor and delivery. Through tailored exercises, education on body mechanics, and manual techniques we address common prenatal concerns like pelvic pain and leaking. We also help mamas with birth prep and exercise modifications to keep you strong throughout pregnancy.
