We believe that every parent's postpartum recovery journey is unique and deserves personalized attention. Whether you're a new mom or have been through it before, we're here to help you overcome any symptoms that may arise after pregnancy and delivery.

From incontinence to painful c-section scars, episiotomy or tearing scars, abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti), and back and hip pain, our expert postpartum physical therapists will create a tailored treatment plan to jumpstart your recovery and get you feeling better. We understand that every body is different, which is why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach

If you're eager to get back to your favorite activities after having a baby, pelvic floor physical therapy is a great place to start. While your OB/midwife will clear you medically, it's important to ensure that your body is moving optimally before diving back into physical activity. After all, the way you move matters, and developing correct movements early on can help reduce any pain, pressure, or leaking that you may experience.

We're here to support you every step of the way, from assessing your unique needs to providing individualized treatment plans designed to help you achieve your postpartum recovery goals
