neck and mid
back pain
Neck and mid back pain is not something you need to just suffer with during pregnancy or in your postpartum journey.
Our posture changes a lot during pregnancy. This can put increased stress to the muscles and joint of our mid back and neck causing pain and even headaches.
Posture continues to change in postpartum everything starts to shift back to where it was pre baby. However we are now doing a lot of new sustained postures that we weren’t used to before like nursing/feeding, holding a baby for long periods of time as well as sitting and bending a lot. This also puts more stress to our spine and the muscles around your neck and mid back which can result in pain.
